On the way back I will go past the pie in the sky back to peats Calga, up past the old oak milk bar at peats ridge at to kulnura down bumble hill and back to Tuggerah via yarramolong are they the routes we are taking on the 9th??
TB
Not really but a nice try TB.
We will be using the nice windy Pac Hwy from West Gosford through over old Moone Ck bridge an on to Cowan.
I hope the rest will be a nice surprise on the day, not so much open high speed as what you are doing, more back roads and “technical” roads where speed is as important as reading the road ahead (or following me).
PM me if you really must know (after all your the boss), you would like the roller coaster but your going the wrong way on Wednesday..What time you coming through Chittaway Bay? Maybe you will have time to stop by at the house of Beemer (if I am home)?

Rocket: the kids have the upper hand already, look at their happy faces, just give in and get them a bigger shed and I’m sure they will keep letting you use it 😆

Welcome mate, is the XR registered? Happy days if it is, the Queensland chapter will be happy to have you on the next ride I am sure.Do any of you pineapple heads know a guy named Tim with an XR600/650 who lives near Glasshouse the township?
I haven’t ridden with him for about 3 years and he is slack to return my calls.Sounds very promising, TB can probably help a lot, he know all the right people – especially when it comes to XR650 stuff.
A decent ‘under the house’ qualifies as a shed in my opinion, be carefull not to expose anything which the crims can use to locate you when you post photos
I did a Pre ride today – perfect riding conditions and perfect pie conditions as I arrived at the destination at 10:30, mmm nice fresh pies.
Good news also, Pie in the Sky is only closed for Christmas day, if you go near Cowan it is a good rest stop. MapI recomend the Lamb but I also know the steak & cracked pepper is good too and today I also had a blueberry pie, quite good if you have a sweet tooth.
Still unsure about how to complete the ride, might include a nice little section which has just a tiny bit of dirt road but also a neat section of tar I call the roller coaster :woohoo:
Reminder: Check the first post for the latest changes to this ride, I edit that post as needed so that should be your refrence for planning etc, questions can be sent via PM to me.
Yes I have, it seems thay cant get hold of a Beemer for long enough to make the prototype
Looking good Boony.
Whats the motor like? Need much work?Shed looks nice and clean too.

I’d like to see that.I dont admit it much but I’m actually a lesbian trapped in a mans body :silly:
Is Brokeback Mountain 2 a real movie?
I think I’d like to see that :woohoo:Excellent job TB.
If I get an old silver XR75 can you do the same to it and I will have a special display in the house with my old trophies :cheer:
I submitted my thoughts to Wyong council on this matter some time ago.
This is the latest info they have sent me:Hello,
As advised in my email dated 20 November 2009, a report on the WARP project was considered by Council on 25 November 2009. At this meeting, Council resolved as follows:
1 That Council approach Lower Hunter Local Councils and Gosford City Council to investigate potential sites within these local government areas for an Automotive Racing Precinct.
2 That if the investigations referred to in No 1 above result in a suitable site being identified, Council make available information relating to the research undertaken by staff on this matter.
3 That Council advise those parties that have responded to the questionnaire, provided letters of support or objection of the decision.
4 That with the exception of fulfilling the above recommendations, no further staff resource be utilised in further investigating this project.
FOR: Councillors Best, Eaton, Graham, Matthews, McBride, Vincent, Webster and Wynn
AGAINST: Councillor Symington
Council will now be approaching the aforementioned Council areas to investigate potential sites for an Automotive Racing Precinct within these areas. Whilst the outcome of site investigations within Wyong Shire Council areas is undoubtedly disappointing to all involved, your interest and assistance in this project has been greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
