Some one (id say it was kids) broke into my car the other night (opened the unlocked door) and stole the loose change out of my centre console. The keys where in the ignition and they didnt even take the car, thats why I think it was kids. They probably got about 3 or 4 bucks in 5, 10 and 20 cent coins and left my $200 sunnies.

I wonder if the cops would hunt them down for me

4skin did you know there is a law that says if you go more than 3 mtrs from your car or bike you must take the keys out of it?
Good thing you didn’t tell the cops, it would have been you who broke the law!

I saw this done on TV about 20 years ago as a demonstration, something like: “this is how real men deal with the buggers”

Looks too easy to do and only around $50 landed

I like this too Mr Blue, can you post a link or something please?
Are you sure it’s $50 and not $500?

The BMWs clutch was a shocker – almost no transition. So I bought a pivot assist lever & perch kit from Ballards which helped but I lost a lot of the adjustment range.
I think my clutch is wearing out now because it seems very on/off again and there’s a bit of clunking going on during gear changes (possible worn basket & bearing faces), so I’m pretty sure it’s time for a clutch rebuild which probably should have been done some time ago when I had it apart

    Maybe not.
Did Whanny shop around or just buy the first policy he found?
There are other factors that govern the CTP prices, one is the companies claim liabilities, another is where you live and the list goes on.
I found there can be $200 diff in premium between companies.

Has anyone got a good recipe for Lamb Shanks?

They did them on Better Homes and Gardens last week but I wasn’t recording it and the recipe is not on their website :( it looked easy too.

    I love lamb shanks.
