Would be nice to see the tracks you have in Ourimbah though.

    Have fun.

I will be there Scotty, it’s nice and handy I can ride from home, but my fuel range will only be 100Km.
Will that be enough or should I bring a reserve?

Good on ya digger, put $10 on heads for me :)

I’m half tempted to sign up for this ride but haven’t done the 20hr service yet. Shouldn’t be a drama though.

I bought a pair of the Bullpit gloves and they seemed good but were too small for my big hands.
I gave them to Old Al and he loves them, wears them all the time now.

I bought the BMW GS gloves which have venting and 3 types of real leather as well as the usual synthetic stuff and the usual 2 yr garantee BMW has on everything.
I figured with the garantee and my discount they were worth a try and I must say they are the best gloves I have ever had.

The ride may split in two when we get to the Amazon. Some have already shown no interest in taking it on, if thats the case there will be a softer option probably lead by Dude to a meeting place further along.

Then you better count me in Murph.
I know of a track in the Watagans called Amazon, same track?

With the amount of riding we did over the weekend TW, there might be a lot of 60 sec vids :woohoo:

Some interesting numbers I just got off the Beemer after the ride…

    Total distance: 204.8 Km
    Ride time: 5h 58min
    Average speed: 34.3 Km/h
    Fuel used: 15 ltr

Fuel consumption was high as I was in high power most of the time. The last 40Km or so was in low power mode to keep my arms in their sockets, this made a hugh difference in physical endurance and actually improved my riding style I think.
