Quote:well it is actually last night’s news
Our local community radio station ( http://www.2nurfm.com ) run out of the uni, plays BBC world service late at night and early mornings. I was listening to it after I shut down the computer last night. They said that BMW now has a majority share of the stocks.i could not be bothered to turn the computer back on to post the news. but i woke up early.
I assume it would still be business as usual. I assume KTM will return to profit soon. I guess they left themself open to take over, or maybe the KTM share holders wanted their money elsewhere
Serious?
TB may have to change the forum name soon from Euro bikes to “BMW owned brands”
I suppose some one has to do a bailout or the whole industry might crash :S
Hey Champo, what’s this here on the BBC?

Actually Moto, I wanted the link so people had to click to see the pic, but it doesn’t matter.
All the helmets are just out of shot but they are there.
Scotty; they do attract pussy, kind of like driving around town in a Ferrari
the cat (Dusty) likes to sit on it ’cause he likes to follow me around.
I spoke to UniFilter (West Gosford) and they said never use anything other than Turps.
Use plenty to rinse the foam clean several times in a bucket and just squeeze and let it dry naturally.
No soap or anything.
Even then the foam slowly breaks down and should be checked before every re-oiling.Oh OK
Tyres have gone up in $ to around $145 fitted you know.
I just had a Stone King fitted to Beemer, meant to be great for wear and roosting.Trailboss wrote:
