you cant get much fairer than that, well done rory for trying to sort this problem out 10/10,mistakes are going to happen were ever you go , if who ever is buying and you not happy at the time of sale just question who is serving you ,it can solve a lot of headaches for both parties before it gets out of hand

last 4 days have been great ,sunny, very little wind ,but have had frosts ere till around 10, orange area coldest morning -3

the wife took 1 look and came up with a name for the bike dumbo in stead of dumbo the flying elephant its dumbo the flying bike looks like huge ears :laugh: :laugh:

mr sqiggle we had 7.5 inches of rain since the the 3rd all rds good so don’t worry 1 creek crossing that could of been a prob but it was all good today
