After a good nights sleep i was awake about 530, quitely i had brecky fueled the bike and gave it the general once over while galey and mick , thrillseeker and rocket slept after they arrived later in the nite ,stoked the fire a little ,finally they started to awaken,breaky done bikes unloaded and givn the once over chit chat started till ktmrules crusty marty450 gocman arrived,intros done ,directions sorted groups sorted ,ktmrules group headed off b4 we got under way, finally my group [ galey crusty gocman marty450 and myself] headed off ,our first stop was galeys new rock climb he concordered formly [grabhams rock climb] a quick look and we were off to the first lot of trails and onto the lookout how nice that was , a chat few group pics and then we were on our way through a few more singles [ names iv no idea] slowy i made my way through and started to improve as we got going. galey got to more of the rocky singles and we all charge through, some were poor crusty was makn a cpl of mistakes and on 1 spot i came around the cornerto see his bike go sideways and land on him, after baling off and picking his bike off him he was up and away again ,not much futher up the track i came around the corner to get crossed up in twin ruts going up hill and thrown off as it bit and spat me lucky for me it must have been about the only soft patch around, trust me i tryed a few spots :silly: :laugh: after a small break rest of my group headed off on a small loop around in a circle back to were i was waiting for them after they arrived back a laugh galey rode another rock which i walked up while they were gone, back down he parked on a log ,after we taked and agreed to get going he started the chainsaw [ktm300] and cut through the rotten log and showering me in rotten debry with a sorry with a huge smile and laugher from everybody we were under way again.
A few more singles a cpl of rough climbs we were on a flowing single again till we ended up in a dry swamp,were we were deciding to turn around or keep going decion was keep going so of we went and not to far up we ran into a lock gate so we turned around head back to another track to a wet boggy creek which we all got through ,off we headed again were everybody got through a rocky section which galey asked do you want me to ride it for you ,with adrenlin flowing high i said it fine ill give it ago and made it to the top by this time we wernt that far from camp so a quick run down a fire trail to were galey did another run on his faverite rock [ grabhans rock] then back into camp for a bite fuel up rest and by this time 2banger arrived on his bike after a lone run after arriving after everybody had left camp in the morning, desion time came and i pulled the pin on the late arvo run as i didnt want to over do it [medical reasons] ,i said my goodbyes as i would be gone b4 they get back ,as i was packing up ktmrules group arrived in camp and it was great listening to there stories when scotty arrived said hi had a chat, then scotty and i headed of to pull some young idiots out of a bog 👿 :angry: no brains ,back in camp finshed loading up and said good byes to who were there and then made my way home, a huge thanks must go to galey who gave me more comfidence in myself and what i can do on a bike and the same for all those who helped me on saturday also, so any of you lesser grade riders out there [g2/3] like me you would be crazy not to jump on 1 of his rides if he offers

had a great cpl days ,it started on friday for me having a hissy fit with my eldest 1 who wouldnt get ready for school :angry: 👿 which in the end we missed the school bus so i had to finish packing asap to run them in as its just over 30kms to school.
Once in town did every thing that had to be done with a few extra probs arising aswell ,i wasnt in the mood to be going, i headed off to meet up with galey hoping my luck would change ,we finished loading up his gear and we were under way for a great weekend ,after arriving setting up camp getting some wood we were on the bikes by around 4 ,within the first 2 ks i had dropped the bike 3 times my head wasnt there ,finally with all my earlier problems being drop on the trail 3 times b4 i was starting to enjoy myself,by now we were trying some differant trails.
I was starting to smile and having a blast when galey up the anti on me and got me doing some harder stuff which didnt worry me so much as i was managering ok till we pulled up at a section which was something i wouldnt had tryed, anyway im here to learn and im not going to improve if i dont have a go so with advice listened to, i was under way to may surprise i made it through and without damage :cheer: :woohoo: i was on a high but puffing , so once i got my breath back we were off to find more challageing tracks which we did find and some very nice furnery spots ,with a few more singles done we headed back towards camp and i was thinking to myself i wouldnt mind having a go at a bit of stuff i didnt do last thursday as i wernt conferdent enough ,sure enough b4 i new it i was at that section ,galey asked if i wanted to have a go ,sure why not i was thinking of asking if we could come past so i could have a go , so got ready and did it no problems :cheer: :woohoo: .
On the way back galey looked at the rock hill hollis, grabram did in the clip and made the decission to have a so i got the gopro and he was off ,just making it to the top there were cheers back down and try again and again to the top and down safely and a huge smile :cheer: :cheer: .
back at camp around 6.30 we settled down to wait for some of the others to arrive that was the start of a great weekend

hi chris good to hear all is great , i was hanging for some softdrink and brought some dite softdrink for the weekend ride it went down well but i had interjestion later on and mad tummy pains not used to it :laugh: :laugh: its amazing how good all that bad stuff tastes once you have to cut it all out

gear sorted not quite, final gear bag check all good , oil change done nope im out off oil 👿 grabbed filter box at same time empty 👿 now i remembered i had to get more last time i did the change, new i forgot something when i went to town last time :whistle: town i go tomorrow, car fridge not working from last trip with galey working on 240 not on 12volt 👿 and going nuts iv moved the spare chips for the gopro :whistle: 👿 and cant find them either

iv been asking everybody what there av is so i thought i better go check on mine ,mine was new in january this year and has 2043k on it with 56hrs but i havnt ridn much this year due to back problems broken ribs and now heart problems which works about 6months being park in the shed 👿 so iv had my bad year this year so look out next year

yeh i did mate i want to get a cpl blown up to start a collection for a wall. how did the vids look? was the angle ok on the helmet after reajusting, thanx for the day and all the help and patiance, i should be right for next weekend you think
