    check this listing out

    flea bay item number: 130300002594

looks like what you’ve got. the real displacement is more likely 60-65cc from what another seller had listed it at.

check this out 167cc victa turbo build  Ausrotary

That looks a bit sus to me Mick, there is no PDS:woohoo:

is it supposed to be the 70cc model? do you know.

i’ve been tempted to buy a kit myself, but always find something else to throw my $$$$ at.

i picked up a cheap 49cc pocket motor to convert to a brush cutter, but if that dose not work out i’ve thought of devising to hook two of them together and making a twin pocket bike. twin pipes and all:blink: :silly:

    Dear Mr Menace,

after some consideration, i don’t think i’ll be coming if all these celebrities continue to add their expressions of interest! :P . ;)

. after all no one wants to look like a total tool in front of their heros! :silly:

August sounds like the most favored month so far.

    which dates? saturday 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd or 29th?

how many days are we looking at? i’m maybe in for turning up on a wednsday/ thursday and leaving for home on the monday / tuesday.

so i’ll most likely aim to be up for riding fri/sat/sun.

anyone between Deniliquin to Mansfield that maybe interested in going i may have a spot on a ute/ trailer for another bike.

    Hey Menace,

looks good, be interesting to find out prices. beats trecking back to Jameson for ice every few days!

i reckon if any from OBT are going, i won’t bother with the others. ( even if it’s just u, me ‘n’ spidyett )

the homestead is quite a distance from the one hill they all want to ride.

however the homestead stay would out weigh the “thrill” of riding that hill!

what date ball park would you be thinking?

my time is pretty much my own, so dates apart from a few weekends are free. just money sometimes runs out  but should scrape enough for a stay down there, i’m planning on going this year, but just with whom and when is all that’s to be finalised.

i’m hoping i can make the Hanging rock ride as wellB) before tackling the high country.

oh yeah and no Mrs Xy. thats why not go there on my own. no one to call the Helivac:kiss:

i’m sure Sammy could ride with us, i WON’t be saying “stay here while we ride”. if she’s game……

oh been back to TT since your introduction!? :P

got some snot there with the cheek to copy my OBT user name

3500km was the rear, and that included smoking it to show up the rice racers in mildura, a guy backed his honda crx against Katie. and he ate his smug look from when i backed my single cylinder against any std car from 0-100 and from 100-140 against any std v6 commodore:side: ….. he thought he WAS on A WinNeR against a trail bike!

    anyway back to topic.

it still had the original front on it when i traded it at 11000 kms.

well you have sold me Ollie. next pay day i’ll send you some money.

i’m in Deniliquin nsw 2710, where all the wannabe coy boys gather in october.

you’ll have to PM me your details, but i’ll PM you first when i’m ready and give you the sizes then too.

i’ll be guided by you on sizes if different to what i have. or are rim sizes more important?

    thanks again Ollie.

    thanks Ollie,

i have about a 20km black top commute to where i normally ride. do you think they’ll suit my bike/needs?

i got 3500kms out of the original metzeler that was fitted from new. and that was mostly on road. but i have a road bike now so 600-700km round trip to Melb won’t be on the cards.

    hi all,

i’m going to put knobbies back on my 640.

are the retreads a full retread? like a car tyre.

are they any good on the black top?

and where would be the best place to get them through?

thanks, all info is greatly appreciated!

    cheers drew.

i just wanted to get out of that shop asap so i did not end up with a new flat screen tv,new pool table and new boyfriend…..……..

Thanks for the vote of confidence Mr Ace! B)

i’m thinking i’d rather ride it with others than the guys i know. they tend to rubbish others without seeing them ride, and because they are all >120 kg they could not handle the 640 the way i do. they all believe that i could not get it into / along the single tracks up there, or over the logs.

    my shadow is 100kg on it’s own.:woohoo:

“if you cannot lift your own bike up from laying down, onto/ off a stand, or a trailer / ute you should not be ridding it!”. to quote ME:P

but i will not attempt to ride there on my own! just in case.

may be we can see about organizing a date to go, but you’ll have to talk Mrs Ace into coming so if we’re not back by bottle ( bourbon ) and tuck in time, someone is there to alert the medivac chopper :P
