only thing i can think of John, is : it there a drain? hole in the twist grip, cable cam thingy?

i did the same thing to K8ii the other day, as when i turned full lock to the right it would gain revs, only 1-200rpm but enough to be a pain. and if it was revving up it means it was pulling/ stretching the cables ??

so i did the same, looked to see if i could gain any length under the tank, no go.

so i turned the cable/ throttle cam housing thiny :blush: ( someone please tell me what it’s proper name is ) so it run under the perch and gained nearly 2″.

however it has a small hole in the housing, drain? lube access?

if the throttle turns all the way to WOT and returns without sticking it should be fine.
