My plated CRF450X noticed a HUGE difference between a non-o-ring and o-ring chain while running the Terraflex 150/90/18 out back. I put the cheaper non-o-ring D.I.D. on, compared to the old Sidewinder Smartchain O-ring, and I now have all my missing power back.

Maybe it’s just me though…it doesn’t matter what type of chain I run. 2 or 3 months max. and they’re toast.

not sure could be just the no tyre illusion deal.

hmmm a box of waffles!?!!?!?!? :X

you could buy them a waffle iron TB;) maybe 40-50 bucks at the most for a you-beaut, top notch one.

only cost a $ or 2 to make their own, that’s for the whole family not just a few waffles.

but i have heard of friends using the toast substitute with golden syrup and ice cream, when they have not had access to boxed jobbies, or an iron and a recipe.

but yeah toast, he could have at least made ’em some pan cakes :P

    Hey Admin.

here’s an idea, maybe we have a cowpatt thread for each month, and at the end of each month you can lock it and delete it,

that is if it’s not a load of work to do so?

as since the inception of the cowpatt thread there has been less loonacy in the tech thread and a little less in the other threads.

as usual just my 2peco’s worth.

well much to Menace’s relief any one ( me so far i think) that will be travelling by normal family car will not have any issue getting to the lodge….. Brian’s wife drives a Corolla.

i just got off the phone with Brian, called me on his mobile from the Newcastle air port.

sad news is there has not been any snow at the level of the lodge, but if ride high enough you can find the snow line. :silly:

and i have my very own special room to run my supercharger cpap and wont unduly disturb anyone!;)
