sorry forgot to mention the bit about releasing the air whilst the forks are fully extended, i just pull the bike up on the stand and then press the buttons.

the 400 has them and i quite regularly press them to release the built up air,, there is a diffence in the volume of air depending on the terrain,,cant complain about them.
