As we spoke about mate,,, you might as well send it seeing that you have it already organised

Looks like we might only have myself & Bones on the return run anyway, so Bylong way might be good.
I reckon that day may finish in the dark too :laugh:Cheers
Ok Pete,, I wil have a backpack with some extra warm clothes, possibly a decent foam mattress and of course the esky for you to drag to camp for me please mate
I will organise a drop off time at your place for the thursday evening if thats ok
I might have Strucky at my place on the thursday night also, he is considering the ride down & back but I reckon Mick or the other Wauchopians can probably carry his gear more conveniently

So so far I have,,,
ME
BONES
ACE
and possibly
StruckyGood small number for the run down

Am thinking of a 7am meet at the convict wall at the top of the dirt rd to St Albans !!! Fuel and a coffee at Wisemans then fuel again probably at Portland before we run out to the campsite. Lunch somewhere inbetween :whistle:Still plan to do the Mt Irvine loop (it`s a cracker and worth the detour) and the Blackfellows Hand loop also

Or we can always do the short sprint out to the Yetholme servo to refuel ready for the saturday ride ,,,,If anything changes, I will keep this updated anyway …..
What are your plans Jeffro ?????????? Will be a good weekend of riding I reckon

Nice work Hobbitt ,,,,
I never tire of this shit

Thanx for the laughts Corey & KING

:woohoo:
Just keeps getting better & better
Sounds more like we are turning 21, not 4 years old
Great work to all involved in the leadup

P.S. Sorry mate but we will be riding into camp on friday arvo,,, obviously

But will do what we can to help setup when we arrive, if not too late   :whistle:Cheers

As Mal said,,, Tea & Scones are available in Sofala (at your cost)

If you so desire, we can probably find them for you   :laugh:Yeah, It`s gonna be a huge weekend mate , can`t wait myself :woohoo:

Ace wrote:Put me down for the ‘i really don’t want to drop my bike’ grade thanks mal5.1Eagles grade 2 adventure for me.
Q: how long is the loop?
Q: Will tea and scones be provided on routeCheers mal5.1
Answer 1. Not sure on the saturday just yet,, Sunny Corner to Capertee Pub for a nice hot lunch (and a brew)
2. NO tea or scones,, unless you can buy `em at the Pub
mal5.1 wrote:Can I ask everyone coming to pm me or post up the ride grade they want to do or lead rider they would like to ride with? This hopefully will give us an idea of the size of the groups and then we can adjust the rides to suit.
If we have the majority of riders wanting a grade 3, I have another local lead rider on standby (sort of).
Grades/leaders
Eagle – grade 2 adventure style ride
Medogrocket – grade 3ish (hopefully)
Mal5.1 – grade 3 (with help on the hills)
GaleyKTM300 – grade 4 (hill climb heros ride) Some of Galeys hills will suck the life out of the unfit.
Cheers :woohoo:
Put me down for the Eags` Mystery Tours all 3 days please
Ditto,,,,
As discussed on the phone mate, I`m sure it was a tough day for the family as well
I also had a moments silence yesterday to remember Mal ,,, And he is always in my thoughts every tme I ride that Yango Trail
R.I.P Mal
Yep,,, SC have them cheap too…
I saw them the other day for under $50 and they pick up my 690 no worries
I got mone last year for around $80 .
Scotty at Suttos may have some cheap too,, I got a good deal frpom him last year just before the birthday ride, but it was a single poster and too light for my bike, just :whistle:Would be fine for your Gasser

Pretty hard to beat that shed  Nice one Spud
Well, every man`s shed is his castle, or something like that ,,,,
Do Man Cave`s count for the competition ????
The 690 also gets hot in the tight stuff Boll,,,
You just need to get moving to keep that air moving thru the rad matey
I installed a lower temp thermoswitch on mine recently to help out, fan nows cuts in at around 82 rather than the factory set 105
You may be able to do similar for the red shitter
note… Red Shitter comment is more directed at you know who 😆 :woohoo:
