Evidently good help is hard to find.
Lucky I had my trusty $99 camera in its quick shot holster.

..
$9700 and then claim. If your mate is keen, he has to be an Old Bull Member to get the price. So sign him up Champ.
Give Rod at MudnTar a call tomorrow and screw his arm as I was only speaking with a saleman as Rod is away today. Click on their link on the top of the page to get their number.THey also have another one there that is a bit rough for $3500 unreg.
eeeeeeeeeeeeek!! got any happier snaps youd like to share with us Chris??
Just got back from Mud n Tar. Normal on road cost for a brand new one is $10,300
Special Old Bull price $9,200 ride away inc $500 cash back(rego price based on your postcode c-e-l is $150 dearer than here at Wauchope). They said they have a good 2nd hand one available to for about $4500 from memory.
In defence of the Gasser 450 FSE that Itsagas owns, I think it may have been a recovered stolen bike in its past life.
If you do decide to go with a DRZ400 it would pay to give Mud n Tar motorcycles at Wauchope a ring. They are one of our site sponsors and will give you a price that would be hard for other dealers to beat. Let me know if you are keen and I will help you nut out a deal with Rod. Actually I will go up there in a minute and see what price he can do one for you.
+1 on what TB said, DRZ400 would be the go. They handled everything thrown at them on the weekend. In the right hands they go great from what I have seen(I haven’t ridden one myself)
Dunno if I will be able to make it now, gotta fly to Melbourne, leaving Sunday night. I was stuffed up with my dates,I thought I was going June 30 not May.

its a simple way to stop the problem isnt it…
and doesnt effect anyone and everyone.
its censorship gone mad, with a healthy dose of hypocracy added for a sour twist.
im sure there is a quiet minority that would agree but take steps to work around it…

Unfortunately it doesn’t quite work like that Menace, whether or not a person looks at the bullpit or not,the filters will look at the site as a whole and deem it inappropriate if the site is rife with profanities. AS you know I am no angel when it comes to using choice Australian adjectives in the spoken word (and like most blokes I get worse the more I drink)but as a site profile and an image thing, I feel that we should look at this issue and curb the swearing to a degree. It takes little effort to write f#@k in a manner that filters wont pick up but still get the general feeling across.
My two bobs worth.
Hey Dan, on the bright side you can warrant your ciggies still by thinking, that the new tax is only 10c extra a smoke, doesn’t sound so expensive then does it?
Welcome Bubba, thanks for the support on the weekend champ. It looked like you enjoyed yourself as much as the rest of the crew.
the grade would be mostly 3.5 with a grade 4 hill or two. Pretty well ridden at grade 4 pace. No mad stuff.
You’ll handle it OK and have some fun doing it Unit.
if we had security, TB would have been “turfed” early in the piece.
Yeah, a great job TB organising all those prizes and giveaways, Thank you to everyone that pitched in and made it the ride that it was, in the spirit it was intended.
On another note I am in the possession of a few lost and found items. In the darkness last night, back at the cars anything that wasn’t claimed got thrown in Moose’s ute, presumed to be Krams stuff. They turned out not to be Kram’s.
Items to be claimed are:
1 10 litre jerrycan
1 well worn camp chair, green in colour
1 snazzy camping set in a round bag containing cups, sugar etc ( I think which maybe Mucoff Mike’s as I saw him with something like it)I tell ya it feels wierd being at work this arvo after waking up at TB’s this morning 400kms away, I have done bugger all work except type the above post.
