I have been using Oakley O frames for the last three years. I pretty well only put them on when I enter into” Lantana land”, as a wipe across the lens of your eye from Lantana stings like a biatch. TB is always up me about eye protection and I have been wearing them on my eyes as opposed to the front of my helmet a bit more as of late. Sometimes it is all but impossible to wear goggles in misty humid weather though.I fine mist when the trails are still dusty puts goggles out of commission quick though.

I haven’t tried safety goggles yet, so I might give them a go on the next wet day.

The teacher asks the class to name something that ends in TOR that eats things

The first kid pipes up and says “AlligaTOR”

The teacher was impressed with his answer.

The next kid yells out “RapTOR”

Again the teacher is happy with the answer.

Young Johnny, sticks his hand in the air and says “vibraTOR”

The teacher was a bit taken back with his answer and says “That is a good word Johnny that ends in TOR, but I don’t think they eat things”

Young Johnny says back to her ”well tell my sister that, she says you wont believe how fast the fucken things eat batteries”

Yeah that was a gold moment Mick it was so funny and then listening to Tiny yell how he was going to kill Moto for the roosting he got on the run back to camp

    TB

At first the Tiny moment was scary, as I thought he WAS gunna kill Moto. That is one of the most painful looking roostings I have ever seen.

One thing that sticks in my mind about deliberatly roosting someone was the time Moto layed his bike down in the carpark at the Pines and RiderX went to roost him while he was on the ground. Karma kicked in and RiderX got a good dose of it, when his tyre gripped and he flipped his bike in front of the assembled peanut gallery.

Still one of the funniest dirtbike moments I have witnessed.

It was only a matter of time, kayaks are too hard a work and offer minimal adrenalin rushes, not many rapids on Nelsons Bay.
