I have a couple of carbies kicking around. 3 from memory. two good stockers and another that is used for parts and Moose claimed our spare exhaust last week. There is another spare pipe in the shed that my brother owns but he has visions of rebuilding the other XR that is up the side of my house in the weather.
Some great pics there!! Some of that crazy jungle stuff that Murph did would have me huffing and puffing on The 650  :S
Awesome!!! Wish I could have been there. I recognise one of those hills from when we came across ol mates and their hi lux in trouble on the way home from Hill End..
Great report.
That appears to be a new installment in the Trike of death series. Funny guy indeed.
Bummer…….you need to get out more mate. If you don’t move the XR soon you will have to get an environmental impact statement when you do.

Let me know what parts you’d be needing and I will have a rat around in the shed and see what I have.
Believe it or not, it isn’t even in the league as far as dumb things I have done.
The best money I spent on my old XR. Although fuel economy went out the window.
Just a heads up. Watch out for the ditch on the right after the second Turon river crossing.
The Pope and Kevin Rudd were sharing a platform in front of a huge crowd at
the AFL Grand Final.
The Pope leaned towards Rudd and whispered.
“Did you know that with one little movement of my hand, I can make every
person in this crowd go wild with joy? It will not just bring momentary
joy to them, as with the spectators of a football match, but it will leave
an indelible mark on their hearts and they will forever speak of this day
and rejoice!”Rudd replied, “I seriously doubt that! With one little wave of your hand?
Show me.”So the Pope backhanded the bastard.
Hi there syco26, I am pretty sure we have crossed paths on the internet in the past.
From memory you are in SA aren’t you?
Welcome to OBT to both you and your XR mate. Thanks for the intro.
Cheers
Mickwhat a great story and as you said a good gesture!! How stoked would the kids be?? Maybe if you had executives building them, you should have scrutineered the bikes before the kids threw their legs over them.LOL Geez the carpark would have been a mad house with 55 excited kids cutting sick on their new pushies.
No worries mate. Happy to help.
Besides that was one less thing to trip over in the shed.Mr Blue wrote:

Bruce ceeAt their best Bruce, they only punch out 40 hp (30 kW). A bit different to the beasts you were dealing with.
