I used to drink a lot of Wild Turkey until………..

I read a interview on Evel Kenevel and they asked what was his biggest mistake in life and he responded by saying “Drinking Wild Turkey”

Gday Wally Boy,welcome to OBT and thanks for the intro. Judging by your avatar you are riding a Husky?
Plenty of the OBT crew ride the areas you mentioned so it shouldn’t be too hard to hook up with the crew for a blast.
If you have been looking about on OBT for a while you probably are aware that you will need thick skin and a good sence of humour in order to put up with the banter.
    Cheers

:( Your driveway will be pretty full with a boat there as well and you’ll have to get a boat licence too then, with a motor that size.

    Hull….$1000 plus
    Trailer……. $900
    Licence course……$90
    Boat Licence…….$70
    Boat Registration..$90
    Trailer rego……….$54.
    Safety gear………..$100 Plus

Expensive way to pull a fast one on me

Good one Menace, Ant needed to get out for a ride big time.He needs to not worry about work so much and get out riding more, so keep at him.

How’d his 530 go, he rang me in a flap on Friday night as it had an oil leak.Did he get it sorted?

BTW when are you working back in the city? I have a special mission for you down at the Markets.

Top stuff Dan, I have some nice slabs of timber here that I am happy to donate to the cause.

I will send them down with Moose sometime soon.

One piece of Rosewood from a massive tree felled in 1923 on Comboyne (according to my 99 year old Grandfather.)The slab is about 4ft long x about 2 foot wide and 1 1/2 inch thick. It will save you from having to join pieces together. It also smells great!! I have been saving these slabs for years, waiting for the right project and his seems like a great cause. :)

I will also send a smaller slab of toona australis (Red cedar) also from Comboyne.

Keep up the good work mate.

    Cheers
    Mick

It happens all too frequently, the obvious personal call, too busy texting or on the computer. Gives me the shits big time. In a retail environment, service is paramount.
When we were in Cairns this year we were looking to go diving on the reef,I pretty well had made up my mind what boat we would go on,I went over to ask a simple question and was pretty well fobbed off. I asked the same question at another boat and received an excellent response to my enquiry,so that boat got my $740. The owner of the first boat got an email telling him why he didn’t get my money.Hopefully some arse got kicked.

By walking out the door and taking your money with you, hopefully will leave an impression on the dickhead sales people. If not, they deserve to go broke.

What sort of bikes were the rentals?

I am glad we dont have to deal with corrupt machine gun wielding thugs like that!! I am sorry but I had to laugh about you trashing the soldiers scooter. Better luck next time Mick.
