hahahahahahahahh talk about small towns!!! TB just pulled a wheelie past my office on my new XR and within a minute my phone was ringing.
The person on the phone knew I was at work and said that they had just seen my bike cutting around town and he knew it wasn’t me on it, as there was in his words “Some fat bastard on it”
Can’t do nothing around here with out someone seeing it.You are right, any wonder places get closed.WE had a similar incident at a really nice place here. It has since been closed off to all vehicular traffic indefinatly and can only be accessed on foot and they closed it off that far from the actual place you wouldn’t bother walking there.
Bruce. That is the beauty of living in a small town. You get to know who’s who and who’ll do what for you. This morning I needed a piece of aluminium to make a bracket for the XR’s radiator guards,I dropped into the local fabricators, had the piece of Aluminium in no time and it was free.
It is always easy to find a tradie of any sort that will do a cashie for you as well. There is no way you will get me to move from here, as I have this town to well wired!

That’d be the go, I wouldn’t have to talk the kids into that, they are keen to go to Bull’s anytime!!
Yeah I have 2 kids that ride, one on a KX85 and the other on a KTM 50…..Trouble is next school holidays I will be scuba diving in sunny Cairns.:woohoo:
It is hard to gauge the power difference at the moment because it is geared for the road.I am sure it will nearly pull my arms off once I put the 14/48 gearing on her.

Quote:c’mon guys all this talk about wheelies and supamotard slides, you do realise it is ONLY a Honda. If it was a YAMAHA you could do all the above and more, BUT it is ONLY a Honda so just leave it in the shed. That way when all the bits fall off as you know they will you can find them.Go on Fester, rain on my parade why don’t you!! Yes it is only a Honda but I love it..LOL

Keep laughing laughing boy, I reckon I will have access to your bike for two hrs tomorrow, would you like me to record how hard it rev’s  or maybe a couple of rev limiter banging runs past your work, this can be prevented by a change in tack with your behaviour, and references to my beloved bike, your choice
TB
Have you got a key to my lock that locks your bike to my bike?/??
Back on topic… My new XR.

Yeah Bruce they do run 520’s, I have always used a clip style chain joiner. I now have a great chain tool that will do the rivet style so I might give that a whirl.
