Mate that has happened twice in my riding career, where I have passed someone on a hill,let me and the XR have our moment of glory will ya,without you bringing it up and rubbing my face in it…LOL
The XR will keep up with the newer bikes don’t you worry about that.so long as it is a straight bit of road;) :SI just don’t see the point in entering a race in a class that I am totally out of my depth.The masters class is there for a reason and that is for old farts like me that still are silly enough to enter a race in the first place.

I have surrcumed to your peer group pressure tactics before TB and I can’t remember ever coming out unscathed.

I cant speak for my partner (Moose) and we decided way back Masters was our class seeing as though both our bikes are over 10 years old and we are 40+. Taking the pigs in the race was for the fun of it not to compare our results against younger,fitter,faster guys on state of the art RACE BIKES.Masters has such a good ring to it though.
I would rather see my name mid field in my class than at the absolute bottom of the list:(
You will still be able to compare our results by how many laps we all do.We will still be racing at the same time on the same track.Yes you get to pass me at some stage through out th eday TB.It could do with a wash,but here is a pic.
