If it was me I would wait, I tried a Metzeler and the outside knobs chipped quite badly, I dont and its only my opinion like the M5 rears and heard Boulder saying his one with lots of tread left on it was going to be changed as soon as he got home

firstly, its cheaper:) , but the resolution is lower. does it do better vids than the AT3K? Twenty times better in my opinion

how do you mount it TB, as i dont think the lens can be adjusted to put it in the side of the helmet? do you top mount it or put it on your chest (between your man boobs:P ) Top mount, you can also side mount it, it has brackets etc to do that
it can be upgraded to take a 4gig card, with software upgrade.
but what about battery life, how does it compare.
Never had them really go flat, I also carry heaps of batteries now , problem is I forget to turn it of, I am happy with mine, you need to be happy with whatever you buy

Instead of flooging the guts out of the watagans, going around and around the same tracks till we all lose the place for good, why dont you come and do some decent tight single trail around Orange Old Man. Step outside your comfort zone? Maybe come up to Wauchope and race the pony express with the rest of us?

Nah give up racing a few years ago now,no fun anymore.
Im discovering new tracks every time I go into the Watagans and theyre not all flogged out. Although Orange does sound intersesting in the Pine forests. I will have to organise a ride up at Dungog with some of the local legendsB)

Ollie

Yeah no dramas, but my point is the watagans are over populated and being flogged to death, it is over ridden and NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT, it will be ridden and flogged to death, the same tracks are being ridden I read the reports here and elsewhere, the tracks are being used to get to and from the so called new tracks to us that are old tracks to somebody else.
I don’t have the fix, but I have ridden there for 20 years and it is in a shocking state that cant be argued, the only thing that I can do is spread my riding around rather then there every weekend. Yeah that means I have to spend more time in the car but so be it. We will lose the Watagans at this rate and we will only have ourselves to blame.

Down of the soap box now, its only my opinion also, and I am just saying is all

I have a ATC-3K and and ATC-2K and both aren’t worth a knob of goats s*#t

I had a twenty to twenty was awesome but having my $1800 camcorder in my back back put me off, pity cause the sound and picture was great

I now use a GoPro which is very very good in my opinion, it has the biggest range of mounting options that come with it and is a wide angle lense, its water proof and can take still pictures and other features I cant be bothered checking out

http://www.goprocamera.com/

It was purchased from Ballards. its not mine but its the one I would buy if I couldn’t use this one
