hangerdale wrote:Hey mate, on the hunt for a good pair of rad guards. I’m looking for a pair that will work with the Acerbis LR tank. The UniBiker guards will fit with an Acerbies tank, seen it, fitted it
about 3 years ago after much research, and I maen heaps of research I put Unibiker guards on my bike. Crash has them as does Ollie I think. They are super strong, bolt the two radiators together through the frame and are a bitch to fit. They are the most popular in the states where BRPs have a cult following.TB
Boony I can’t believe what I read every time I sign on. I thought Eags was bad when he got his shitter but my god have you got the orange injection
Not so long ago it was DR this and DR that not mention the name predator

Seb wrote:Hi TB. You thinking of a grade 2-3 type of ride or something more heavy duty.
I’m a tag along rider on a Saturday ride up at the letter A. But was thinking of staying the night at a local place and meeting up with you guys Sunday. That’s if the wr and I are still in one piece!
So please post any cancelations if they happen…Hi Seb, some how out of post I left out the grading being that it will be grade 3-4 sorry. I will edit the first post to include the grading
I can’t say how easy etc it will be to be honest but I will be looking for at least 3-4. Only you can say if you are able to do it mate, read the grading here and let me know what you think
TB
As written elsewhere / below I will write it fair and honest, it may well be bloody awesome. I am conviced there will be some great things about it, shit there are 1000s out there and maybe I have missed the bus but I won’t stop stirring about KTMs   truth be told and I have told many a person one of the best fun and fasted in the bush bikes I have ever had the pleasure of spending a day on in Orange was a WR250

If it stops i will write it, if it goes I will write I promise. I thing about this test ride is that it is setup for my sort of weight that is the only way I could be fair. This bike doesnt belong to a dealer or a magazine etc it can be honest. I have been doing the work on the bike, I know it now I even fitted the bars up etc. I organised the suspension and fitted it so it could be fair.
But doesn’t mean I will stop stirring about KTMs
This is Bollocks thread so maybe we should move it to the other thread hanging shit on me

pete the wulf wrote:TB if your going to test this thing at Dungog/ Chichester it will surely be a worthy test :woohoo: in fact it might not be a good idea if you test a 530 up there if you love your XR…………………………….by the time you get home the 530 will be as good as sold  and the XR will be on Ebay

PTW
I have ridden up there a couple of times Pete, its great eh the XR was awesome on the big hills. The XR is safe it will stay no matter what else happens

Yeah, your right TB Bollocks is far too savvy to buy anything made in Europe!
Although i notice in a certain KTM530 test ride thread that there appears to be some cracks appearing in your armour. :whistle:Ha ha guess the BMW is euro trash   ok he will smarten up

Yes testing mate, free test not purchasing. They are also clear on that I will NOT BE BUYING ONE

I am interested in testing it I really am, and I will be doing a ride day on others soon. I will have the experience of testing different back to back brands. How good is that ?
I will endeavor to give an honest account, if it’s better I will say so promise. I used to own a KTMTB
