If you cant change a flat, dont panic someone will help you (its the Old Bull way) it may cost you a beer or two (its the Old Bull way ) If you havent got a spare tube, these can also be purchased but they will be 2nd hand and its better if you have your own (just carry a front it can be fitted in the rear also)
