That sucks Trent, I can relate as my new radiators dont fit :angry: , looks like you didnt have to take the clutch cover of which is a bonus.
Just a thought did whoever ordered the CRF pivot pegz on the bulk order get yours by chance?

They dont fit :angry: , they have sent the wrong year model radiators, they have sent 2000 – 2001 not 2002 on-wards. I am off to get drunk

The header tanks are squarer then the old ones and the radiators are just a little bigger all around I think and my old ones are a hassle with the guards because of the oversize custom headers. I had to leave a brace out of my old radiators because of the headers and guess where the brace was crushed

Its the same for all 650’s Tony, although I am a little concerned about mine as the custom headers are bigger in diameter then standard by more then one or two sizes and then with my guards. I guess I will find out shortly

They are two different sizes actually Moto, the right hand one is thicker as the left has issues because of the left side header bend.

Thanks to everyone that has got themselves teamed up to share a jerry can, if you havent yet please look here and go through the list find someone to share a jerry can with PM them or whatever and let me know so I can update the list. This will help to reduce the number of jerry cans we need to take on the support vehicles
