Christ,,, You call a ride to Hill End & Back in one day BABY STEPS as opposed to 180ks of forest trail in Chichester???????

Beats me mate, But if thats what it takes so be it:laugh:

Yeah your right Beags this is frustration more then anything this ride, smart well maybe not

Chichester we will see mate ;)

Hillend is a walk in the park normally, although I have just changed my bike a lot for tomorrow, different side covers to get rid of the open intake style side cover, different gearing, different tyre and changed the vortex setting on the control box under the seat to make it super doughy. Sitting here watching the rain still falling

What Mick means if you are STUPID enough to leave the track and ride through the grass OFF the track where the other 60 plus people I have taken through there go without a drama you will eat shit   And maybe just maybe deserve it for your STUPIDITY :P

See where he went follow the arrow WTF was he thinking

Here in the wild Tripper gives the secret and ancient XR riders mating call to all virgins in the area to prepare themselves as he unleashes man and machine upon them and the virgin bush (no pun intended)

Chicken’s ol 600 is stock as a rock (sorry bar a staintune pipe) and as done over 45,000kms for a clutch being fitted. He fitted a flat side Mikuni after he was given the bike for peanuts
He raved about the difference as did Mick, stock is fine as is modified I reckon

Righto champ after you and your BRP have had a lay down to wait for all the other riders to catch up you need to go through this simple age old procedure.

    Turn the kill switch off

    Hold the decompression lever in

    Hold the throttle wide open

Kick it 6 to 10 times whilst doing the above

    Release the throttle

    Turn it on

Find TDC pull the decompression lever back in to bump it just over TDC release the lever

Give it one solid kick with NO THROTTLE and it will pur like a kitten

Once you do it a few times it becomes 2nd nature and is quick and simple

Your bike should always start normally (not crashed just pulled up) when hot by find TDC, just using the decompression lever to rock it over TDC, release the lever and give it a solid kick again no throttle

Welcome, well I think you have to buy the KTM250 now because thats your name here

A mate of mine Ace had a KTM250 two smoker and it was a pretty potent little weapon I really dont know if its a good get back into bike though not knowing how you ride. Firstly taking all the emoticon out of the decision (and when the two strokers see this they will get wound up as they take over the world as they see it  ) I reckon a WR250 is a great get back into bike and a DR400 also. If you have your set heart on a two smoker then why not a KTM250 I cant see any reason. But to answer your question
“IS THIS THE TYPE OF BIKE I SHOULD BE RECUTTING MY TEETH”
No is my answer unless you had real good teeth before :P

    Welcome again
