I am riding this Saturday and the next weekend for two days, the Friday after that I am having shoulder surgery, but if the oh in the zoo business is a challenge to run at the front you had better practice little man because you have never come even close before

everyone, including the commentators, keep telling me over and over again that it is special. would it be so special if people didn’t wank on about it?
OK bring it on bone heads, i can take it

you can fight me in this thread over the weekend whilst i out riding (unless i’m hiding under bed because of the rain)
I’m with Champo, the mix used to great, euros, jappas, swedes, pommie cars… but we got all sooky cause we couldn’t win so we changed the rules, killed my loyalty to the premier domestic series
Was watching sports sedans the other day and my son asked “are these the V8 supercars Dad?” I answered “no Brenno, these are the fast cars”Can anyone tell me what part of the V8 supercars are Aussie?.
Bruce Cee
We could debate it till the cows come home Bruce, there is a lot of clever Aussie grown engineering in those cars. The v8’s grew from what the australian public wanted they say.
I to liked group C, used to go the all NSW rounds but now only watch it if I have nothing else to do
My whole burr up with this thread came from Champs stupid comment saying everybody can fight me on this when we don’t need that shit here at OBT why say things like that you can see the responses from myself and Boony not bringing the PM’s I got into it, just because he is sitting at home with nothing to do for weeks on end. No we don’t need it here, especially from someone that is into different activities to most main stream members sure he has something to say I am all for that but picking fights deliberately and calling people boneheads to get them wound up will get your membership reviewed quick smart

Had to rename this ride as we moved the start point
We will ride the bridle trail to Hillend 40 odd kms, top up the fuel and ride out across long point and up into Mullion Creek State Forest for some of the below

Then into Orange for fuel and maybe a counter lunch
Out into Kinross State forest for some of this

And then over through Roothog Crossing and back down the bridle trail to the cars
Will be twin trails, open singles, tight singles, one short dirt road, the Bridle trail and the bitumen into and out of Orange.

Dont KTM timing cams have a master link, like a chain joiner link. I can remember bailing KTM rat out last year last minute around Christmas because he needed one for his bike
If that’s the case very easy to do a cam chain replacement I would have thought

I dont know if they are LEDS Bruce as he said that the are the same as his down lights.
Good luck at the Horton Boony and Co
(Bruce I am going to mates place this week regarding front calipers)

Quote:G’day TB, not getting much local support here due to the potential road miles your hinting at. How many K’s of actual “road” or fast fire trail are we talking about?
CheersAxel I dont know the klms that we have to transport. The Bridle trail is fairly open but fun. The start of the Hillend to Long Point is about 5 kms bitumen and then about the same dirt road then the fun twin trail and the grid jumps start, there is another bit of dirt road to get into the single trails in Mullion creek which we will be riding for about 4 hrs etc
Going back
After a nice counter lunch we will go out to the sweet almost unused singles out the back of Clifton Grove for a couple of hours then head back through Ophir. The section from Ophir to the top of Root Hog ridge is some dirt road but from there to Root Hog crossing is a challenge and so is the crossing itself
Look its what it is if you dont come you can read the report and see if you like it and next time join in if you like in

It was a great fun night, fancy Boulder has been holding out on letting the lovely Clare out in the OBT world eh
