Mick if you can reach into your deep pockets , some of the shops sell pumps that take a cartridge and also can be a hand pump. What where you doing wrong that two cartridges didn’t pump it up? I have used them for years, we used them for the punctures on the biggest weekend end out and had no problem at all from memory boulders front took one and one in Jeffro’s rear. Sometimes depending on the adapter you are using you can lose to much gas if you don’t screw them in fast enough when engaging them :blink:

Patches are no good on the trail either at all, just a standard front tube covers all applications
