Hey Old Girl I can drop by next Monday or Tuesday if you want and give you a hand. I am sure we can get it going or at least will be able to diagnose what the actual problem is so you can get some parts.

On the Kato’s it will give you one bolt to undo to get to the air filter, but not sure on the other bikes.
Only two things that i have heard against them and neither are a worthy reason not to buy them i think.
I stand a lot and recon they would be a good thing.PTW
Aido I have been using a set on and off on the 530. As Pete says above with over pants you dont get the full grip on your boots. Like the bike the Steg pegz I didnt pay for so I cant say if I would pay for a set. At Finke Grabbo told Chicken and I that he only used them at Finke, not in the bush or Safari. Think thats still the same. Hope that helps a little, personally I would get my suspension done before I got steg pegz now days

I will see you and Chicken at about 3.30 then at my place Pete. Tyre there or back of pub with stubble in hand
We have a designated driver
Route running sheets printed today will be laminated tonight. Route sheets are much briefer this time as people should be better navigating. If your not it may pay to listen at the briefing

Sheets are smaller and will be water proof, I have called them “tips and tricks” they just suggest look for a land mark or side road as a spot you may want to zoom in as a turn is approaching, not every turn either just ones that maybe a little trickyTB
Hi and welcome plindz, been watching your WR build on ORE, think I even asked or answered a question. Real shame about missing the two day but there will be more no doubt
Cheers for the intro

I wonder if any of the participants of the ride would be in a good enough shape to attend the evening after our post ride drinks? :unsure:Yeah I am thinking about it, having a drink friday night saturday night this. Can drink anytime really

Having met Simon and Lisa recently, ridden with Simon and hung out at a party and Steve’s with the guys I would recommend this evening. The guys have been staying at Steve (Wolfman) van park since before Christmas.

The Tenere is home and a goer but not going on this trip. Being part of the ADV X team means I am involved in the development of “Project Tiger” We have with help of course from Teknik’s done a part one suspension setup that I will be testing on the weekend. Looking forward to seeing the difference of the suspension now we have completed the budget setup.
