Dunlop 606 rear, Michelin Baja rear, Dunlop 952 front (not legal but an awesome tyre) Dunlop 606 front, Dunlop Rally Raid 908 front ( expensive but the pick IMO due to better case etc) Michelin Desert Front, Michelin AC10 front

How many Klms are going to be doing? I was thinking it would be around 4500. I’m a little worried the 606 would go the distance and wasn’t planning on taking another.
A Mitas E09 from Steve with the right pressure will do the job standing on its head
I actually have one in my shed I will sell you, its brand new if you want it  I am only not using it because I have a few Dunlops lying around. If I didnt have an excess of Dunlops I would use the E09 no worriesTB
Those photos are like looking at my photos from 2004 the falls the plane wreck awesome. The beached whale isn’t in my pictures thank Christ!!

Nick and I are carrying a rear tyre to Normaton to fit figuring that the two days hard off road running (1572kms) to Normaton will fairly eat up a rear tyre. We may carry it further to Musgrave or Bramwell stations depending. If we get any wet weather then we have fresher rubber to wrestle the big bitches in the mud with

Chain and sprockets good for another 5,000, and should be fine isn’t an answer up there at Cape York
You have history with chain and sprocket failures mid ride, a smaller ride I may add  :pinch:
TB
Tips from me  Yeah there will be a next time and many after that mate, I look forward to it
TB
Yeah I won’t be on this ride sorry Chris, I have commitments with the APC crew that day pre running the A track
Enjoy all

Looks good Lefty, wonder how the wider bit will go as I know some blokes find they rub the inside of their legs (Krusty was one that I think comes to mind, sometimes after 500 plus the Tenere does) Has to be better than the Austrian railway sleeper  Did they supply it base and all?
Steve is the agent for Concept seats as of two weeks ago Eags. Have you seen one in the flesh they are sex
The foam and the covers are amazing he has got one for HIS Kato, the XR and the WR. I am going to get one for the Tenere and the XR :woohoo:TB
micknmeld wrote:Just got a PM from Puddles, saying he is out………. well that certainly takes the pressure off!! We wont have to ride so fast now. :laugh:Puddles pulled out, are you sure you read it right Mick  I cant believe Puddles pulled out before the ride
