Greg’s a good bloke I know him and understand why you went there good thing supporting local. He is a no bullshit sort of bloke.
The only thing I reckon is valving and the shim stacks are so important as they control the stroke as such. Springs will hold you up at the right heights and are as important but at the end of the travel its the valving that will save you bottoming and slow the blowing through the stroke.
I am sure it will be sorted and as I said Greg is a good bloke he raced for years with my step Dad and has bailed me out a few times
Look forward to your ride report

It saddens me greatly to tell one and all Bollocks is out of this ride. He has come up with the most lame arse excuse to get out of a ride I have heard since Moto used the I am washing my hair excuse

The problem is we will now have no Birthday cake for the 2nd birthday of our site
(That of course being the only reason we were letting Bollocks the baker come along) So we will need one and all to drink a cake as such now for the celebration

Quote:No shit TB? That’s great advice right there mate!I was thinking about getting one, but there’s actually nothing in it that I don’t already carry – and more!

Still, not a bad way to start out building a kit I’d say.
Your welcome Ecks
Honestly I havent seen them around expect Chris came home from the Sunner corner rally with one and Crash scored it as a prize for the time trials at Louee.
The levers looked a little suss to me was all I thought when I looked at it
Try here for locating a dealer then ECKS
TB
Kingchrome dealer I would say
The biggest drama is yourself, you havent seen a bike or car (any vehicle for that matter) for ages you are in the middle of no where it seems and you relax get sloppy in your corner lines Bang! There is another vehicle

Quote:Don’t look to bad. I thought they were plastic. Found a site in the us that sells them for $32USD so the ebay price seems about right too.I can’t seem to get the ebay link to show up. It is frustrating the hell out of me. But if you are interested look up ktm rear brake reservoir in ebay and have a look. They are $51 delivered.
Sutto’s have them for RRP $74.20 but with an OBT discount can do them for $62.90 speak to Mal. Mal was saying he has just fitted one to his 530

Not as cheap as the $56 OS but a good price and thanks to Sutto’s for giving me a price straight away
On the other bit Bruce I honestly feel if he has quailty uncompromised DOT 4 in it now DOT 5 will still do it as well if he is hard on the rear brake. The volume of fluid is very small. Axels mate whos name I cant remember ran out of rear brakes because the pads were half worn on the Orange ride Dan and I did with them, added some fluid and no more drama half worn pads and the fluid drops because the piston is out further was enough. Just my thoughts
TB
Out of interest before our dollars go overseas how much are they from Ballards and Sutto’s
